You can go into your screensaver Settings, make your screensaver blank, and then hit Preview, which is pure black with no light at all. You can do this when you download it to protect the screen. You can create a shortcut with the target ：C:\windows\system32\scrnsave.scr so that double-clicking the shortcut activates the current screensaver.
